Employee Relations Supervisor


Responsibilities:

  • Spearheads conceptualization and implementation of major and minor employee engagement activities.
  • Manages MMPC Headlights Facilitates Labor-Management Council (LMC) meetings.
  • Supervises the conduct of daily visits of HR personnel in the plant to gather employee concerns.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS HRDM or BS Psychology or any related course.
  • With at least 1 year experience in a supervisorial position.
  • With background or exposure in handling employee engagement activities.
  • MS Office Proficient.

HR Planning Staff


Responsibilities:

  • Handles and monitors performance management system of hourly and salaried employees.
  • Handles updating and checking of records in SAP / Workday / Masterfile and other HRIS used.
  • Prepares HR related reports (HR Mancom, research and studies).
  • Conducts and accomplish special projects, researches, surveys, comparative studies and benchmarking activities.


Requirements:

  • Graduate in BS/ BA Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resources Development Management / BS Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in research, HR knowledge, HR Planning, or payroll.
