SSI - Sales Satisfaction Improvement Staff


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the findings from research studies to understand customer experience.
  • Assist in creation effective counter measure to improve dealers' CS performance.
  • Monitor in the implementation of Sales Dealer Operating Standards of MMPC's dealer network through regular or spot audits.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferable a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 1 year work experience in automotive industry.
  • Must know how to drive with valid (AB) driver's license.

Process Engineer Staff


Responsibilities:

  • Assist dealers on after sales operations concerns particularly in the use of CRM digital tools and implementation.
  • Maintain and update records on dealers compliance status to MMPC After Sales standards.
  • Prepare periodic audit reports.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; Preferably licensed.
  • At least 1 year work experience in automotive industry; Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Knowledge in Process Improvement Methods, Situational Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Knows how to drive light vehicles (manual/automatic).

Customer Relationship Management Supervisor


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Frequently visit focus dealers in relation to the improvement of current after sales operations.
  • Prepare regular reports relative to CRM activities and projects.
  • Administer the implementation of Dealer Management System to all dealerships.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; Preferably licensed.
  • At least 1 year work experience in automotive industry; Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Knowledge in Process Improvement Methods, Situational Analysis and ProblemSolving Skills.
  • Knows how to drive light vehicles (manual/automatic).

After Sales Planning Staff


Responsibilities:

  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with experience in coordination with other teams and experience in planning aftersales strategies.
  • Formulates and implement annual / quarterly marketing plans and programs.
  • Monitors dealers proper execution of various promotional campaigns and other efforts in accordance to MMPC's set standard and guidelines.


Requirements:

  • College Graduate of 'Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ Engineering course.
  • At least 2 years work experience in coordination with other teams and experience in planning after sales strategies.
  • Knows how to drive light vehicle with valid Driver’s License.
